I woke up during the night because I felt like I could not breath and wheezing. I was so scared. I can breath but when I take a deep breath I start to wheez a little. I don't have a cold so I don't understand why. Now I feel so exhausted and having the children at home for the half-time doesn't help. 😣😭

Have you spoken to your GP or rheumatologist about this?
If in doubt, it is always worth speaking to your doctor about the symptoms you are experiencing as he/she can provide you with the correct advice and treatment. Also, the doctor may refer you to a specialist such as physiotherapist or pulmonary specialist if required.
