Hi Everyone, I have been following you guys for a few months now. I have RA and a fibrotic lung condition. I have notice that we all are struggling with managing our pains.
I have been reluctant to go with more medication and is try to eat for my illness. I am hoping that it might help.
Has anyone tried this route and was it helpful.

Yes. It helps when you care about what you eat and have by you a food diary.
I have been doing this for 2 months and I can feel/ notice much improvements in my symptoms and pains. My body, nails and hair are much more healthier.
I did radical changes concerning foods and drinks. And you should do the same. It' s worth it
Thanks for the encouragement, I also have been noticing a few differences too. I have been trying Hemp oil, 2 tablespoon to help with my pains and have notice some improvement.
It is nice to know that there are others who believe that what we eat can make a difference to how we feel.
