I haven't been diagnosed with Lupus yet, Im waiting to see rheumatology next month but for the past 3 months I get reoccurring arm swelling and pain to the point of lifting anything makes the pain worse, is this typical of lupus? TIA

Whilst you await your appointment with the rheumatologist, have you thought about discussing your pain management system with your GP?
Around 90% to 95% of people with lupus will experience muscle and/or joint pain.

It is an anti-inflammatory yes. My GP told me she doesn't like to prescribe it often as it can interfere with many things so she only gives them out for short periods. I've stopped taking it because it made my acid reflux worse and I was getting sharp pains under my ribs which GP said was due to taking naproxen.
