Joint pain & swelling issues

Has anyone tried magnetic anklets & or brackets for joint pain? I don’t know if will work, but I got 2 titanium anklets with 20 magnets in each one to give it a try. If they don’t work for pain, they look neat!😊

Hi Tiras,

Welcome back!

Nice anklets but …and it is a BIG BUT?🧐

My ankles and feet swell quite often probably due to my kidney disease?

All the medical textbooks tell me that any form of constriction around the ankles restricts back flow of blood to the heart thus putting strain on the heart.

Your anklets look pretty tight in the picture.🤔

Question: should one sacrifice self-decoration for improved blood circulation to the extremities ie the feet?

👣 🦶 note that poor blood circulation in the feet is often a cause of gangrene.

Trust me but I don’t often talk hocus pocus or mumbo jumbo.🤣

End of lecture 🤣.

So be aware.

Xx

Oh, no they are not tight at all, actually very loose, I know right would not be a good thing. I can actually get two fingers between anklets and skin. Thank you for your reply.😊❤️

That’s worrying, I wear an ankle support and knee support to walk….. are you saying that this causes strain on the heart?

One has got to be careful with tight fitting anklets, socks etc. Knee joint support is fine.

If they are too tight the back flow of deoxygenated blood from the feet 🦶🦶can be restricted in getting back to the lungs via the heart for reoxygenation.

Hence when sitting for long periods with feet raised is a good idea and wearing loose hold or gentle hold socks 🧦 is a good idea.

Diabetics are advised to wear these type of socks and so are patients with poor blood circulation for all sorts of reasons.

If one stands still for long periods blood will pool in the feet.

Not a good thing.

It’s our leg and calf muscles that through exercise and movement help massage the deoxygenated blood in our veins to get back to the heart ♥️. This is fairly basic physiology of the circulatory system.🤣
