Hello Kevin. I would be very interested in attending one of these meetings, if one was organised say in the Cardiff, Bristol or Bath area. These locations are much easier for me to attend than Llandudno, which is a much longer drive from here. How do we receive notification of such events? Thank you very much. Wendy

Hi Wendy39 ,

We did have an event similar to this in Cardiff in 2012, so it has been a while. We have two a year and move them around the country to try and offer everyone a chance to attend. Hopefully we will have another around South Wales/Bristol in the not too distant future.

All members of LUPUS UK will find information about these events in their News & Views Magazine. We also write to local members inviting them to attend and have information here on HealthUnlocked, on our website, Facebook and Twitter.

Thanks Poshcards. Lupus UK currently hold two meetings on this scale per annum. Since 2015 we have covered Birmingham, Belfast, Glasgow, Cambridge, Winchester and Nottingham. The next one is in Llandudno .

Please check with your local group for regular meetings on a more local scale. If there is sufficient interest we can look at increasing the frequency of the larger meetings around the UK. All the presentations are available on the Lupus UK website. Best wishes Kevin
