Hi all just had test results sent to me by specialist 🤤 dont understand them.

Been struggling with being very tired not sleeping well and mood swings n very stressed. Was advised to try and get regular exercise this should help me sleep.

DEXA SCAN demonstrated T score of 7 at lumber spine

1.3 at femoral neck.

VFA demonstrated thorasic and lumber degenerstive changes (I presume that's old age wear n tear).

The PFT's showed FEV1 to FVC of 98%

TLCO is 84%

KCO is 81%

Echocardiogram demonstrated normal size chambers with mild TR

Estimated pulmonary artery pressure was 20-25

They did say that one of the arterys was borderline...

ESR is

CRP <

Creatinine is 91, CK 286, FBC, Urine PCR, LFT normal.

TSH 5.4 While free T4 is normal

Many thanks

Tina

Your dexascan results don't make sense - do those figures have a minus before them? And you haven't given figures for your ESR and CRP.

Your TSH is slightly raised - which with the normal T4 suggests you have mild hypothyroidism. The thyroid is working hard to produce thyroid hormones, it is low and the thyroid stimulating hormone is increased to make it higher.

The CK is slightly high I think - creatine kinase is a muscle enzyme and can be raised either with heart problems or muscle problems, including autoimmune ones.

The lung function tests are normal.

I assume you mean creatinine clearance? 91 is normal.
