So... told them about a change of circumstances a month ago, just been told a re assessment is required, really scared and worried 😕 It's even been on the radio recently they are giving current PIP clients zero points on re assessments to get as many people off the benefit as possible, I'm struggling with the stress of it all 😕

I contacted them recently as things has significantly worsened. I was reassessed and awarded a higher rate than I had been on. I know that there are a lot of horror stories out there but if you have good evidence in the form of medical documents, are open and honest and answer all the questions as fully as possible then I'm sure you'll be fine. I know some people have had bad experiences but you can always appeal if the decision isn't what you think is fair. For now, don't stress. It will only make your condition worse.
Best of luck for your PIP reassessment. If you need to appeal get the help of citizens advice or local DIAL or council welfare people as they know how best to fill the forms in for a good result. X
