Burning pain

I have had really bad burning pain from my navel to top of diaphragm since yesterday. It comes in, waves and is very uncomfortable and painful. Have a temp also. Was putting it down to a bug but getting worse and the burn is spreading to my chest area. Anyone ever had this? Have taken antacids, no help at all so doubtful it's indigestion and I don't suffer with that anyway. Not sure if it's Lupus related or if I am starting a flare :(
