I have had pain in my right testical, went to the doctor yesterday, it appears that my testical has attached to my body! Certain moves and it feels like I got hit there. I have to go for a sonogram of the testical today, if the testical has attached, then it will have to be removed, or stay with excruciating pain with movement. Going up and down steps is now, is More than a task now than it was with just lupus joint pain! Doctor is not sure if this is due to lupus or if just another issue?

That is just the news a wife wants to hear from her husband on Valentines Day!

Looks like shoes may not be the only thing missing!

Ouch. Testicle pain is the worst. One of the last times I was able to use my bike, I hit a bump and came down on the crossbar - and woke up a couple of minutes later, having passed out with the pain.

Could it be something as straightforward as an infection/inflammatory thing that could clear up quickly?

That's definitely not what you want to hear and I am sorry you are In added pain. I am not a man but can appreciate how awful that must be.

I hope your scan goes well and it is something that can be fixed without losing it.

My badger had an awful thing in this area.....really scary living through getting it figured out...then he had to have an operation....not fun at all....BUT he came through it fine....

Am glad you & your medics are onto this!

Update; the testical has attached itself to my body. At this time there appears to be nothing else wrong, other than it does not function? I have chosen for the time being not to have it removed. I will have to not stretch or make to large of steps, if I do I will feel like I got hit in the testical. Can't wear tight underwear, nor any thing that will cause pressure, because it will not move. They did find a small growth on the left one but, nothing to be concerned with.at least it still floats around.

With the right one not moving even if I move the wrong way while sitting I will know it! We who have lupus are use to pain anyway, so I'll put up with it as long as I can!
