hello everyone, so since saturday/sunday ive had a really bad headache, yesterday i took aspirin and it went away but it came back again tomorrow so i took another pill. its been 7-8hours and my head is starting to hurt again, followed up by a fever (not exactly a fever-my skin feels hot but my body temperature is normal) and i was also a little nauseous and im constantly sleepy. can someone tell me is this normal? how can it go away?? should i be worried, is it just a migraine or something more serious? thank you!

Have you had migraines in the past?
I'd recommend making an appointment with your GP so that they can check you out and make any recommendations on the best course of treatment.
