PIP

I have just received my letter saying I have to apply for PIP (I am on DLA at the moment). Please does anyone have any advice as to where is the best place to get help with filling out the form. How do you get over to them that you may look ok but you are always in pain and have problems with day to day living. Help!!!!!

I went to my local council. They filled in the form for me and are supporting me through the process

Citizen advice helped with my appeal . They were amazing . Defo wroth contacting them

Welfare Rights at my council were first class. Came to the house and filled in the form.

Hi Spamula I received a lot of help from the local welfare rights office a nice guy came to the house and helped me complete my form, also if you are under the pain management team at your local hospital they may also help, hope this is helpful x

Yes I agree with the other replies welfare rights at your local council are the best and much easier to get in touch with than citizens advice , also if you need to go to a tribunal they go with you citizens advice don't .
