On Saturday 22nd October 2016, Cambridgeshire Lupus Group hosted a lupus information day at The Wellcome Trust Conference Centre in Hinxton. The event was very well attended with over 240 people present. The day featured expert speakers from Addenbrooke’s Hospital discussing a variety of lupus-related topics. These presentations were recorded and can be watched at lupusuk.org.uk/east-anglia-... and below;
Thanks so much for these videos paul...I feel so happy recalling that WONDERFUL event...the atmosphere was GRRRRREAT...it's a DELIGHT to relive it all through your videos!

I look forward to watching when I have a quiet moment on my own. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Thanks for these. Anyone else in east anglia area? What was the general feel from the lectures? Is the understanding in consultants and diagnosis better?
Yes, I was there...it felt FANTASTIC....our team at addenbrookes is BRILLIANT, humane, funny & wise....they did speak about the diagnostic & treatment process..they all really really know their subjects bang up to date. They spoke frankly about the challenges we face together + their hopes re research, and they recommended ways to make the most of life despite lupus
The audience was full of genuinely interested & engaged patients, carers, family, and friends including Paul & Chris from Lupus UK head office....the atmosphere was BUZZING...as it has been at all the WONDERFUL Cambridge events I've attended over the past 6 years.
Hope you'll be able to come along to our next event
