I have been prescribed Elocon for my dle lupus scars. How long does it take to see results??

All elecon did for me was relieve the itch. Thankfully it's all in my scalp so it doesn't show but Rheumatologist tells me it still looks angry.

Have you lost any hair or is that only in severe cases. My head has started to itch a bit.

A little loss but as it's at the base of my neck I can't actually tell.

That's lucky, it is a scary thing lupus you don't know where it will appear next! Mine started in scalp but only slight unnoticeable hair loss, then decided to attack my face leaving me with horrid red scars! Am using a cream at the moment to hopefully lighten the marks, fingers crossed!

There a cream called biotin I think - not specifically for Lupus but my mother used it after skin cancer removal on her cheek. It was a large removal and she was elderly but she had no scar after a few weeks which surprised us. Maybe worth a look?
