Hi, well at last the day has arrived and I am going to my pip tribunial today 24/11/2016.
Did have representation but they let me down at the last minute citing that we had not got enough medical evidence!! So it's just me and my carer going to face the panel, will be glad when it's all over it's been weighing on my mind a bit, lucky I have a great partner that has been a massive support. Will update on the outcome as soon as I know. Is anyone going through an appeal with pip at the moment?

Hi Sabine. Really, really very good luck with your appeal. I am going through the same process. Had my appeal but they wanted to see me GP records, so gave them my consent and am waiting to hear when my next appeal date is.
Good luck - I've just put in my appeal and had a reply from the tribunal service telling me the next stage is the appeal going to the dwp for their reply. Will be interested to hear what the tribunal process is like. Hope it goes in your favour x
I'm really sorry to hear that - did they say why or how close you were or what factors they took into account or didn't agree with etc? Fingers crossed that you may get a better assessment if you reapply but I'm sure the stress isn't helping!
Really pleased for you. Doesn't that just show how ridiculous this system is though that you go through all that and get told no but someone different looks at it and it's a different answer! At least losing the appeal doesn't go against you though which is good to know. I have my tribunal a week on Wednesday so getting stressed already! Lol
Morning Sabine, I went though this horrible process this time last year. Luckily it went in my favour, but the stress from the ordeal saw me in bed for days after. It's terrible we have to fight to prove how debilitating our conditions are. Hope you got a positive result x
