World Kindness Day

World Kindness Day

It was World Kindness Day yesterday and I found a link to some audio files to practice compassion meditation. I wanted to share it with you all as I forget to be compassionate to myself and this is a good start to remember while not feeling good or sad or just plan tired.

For the first time, in a very long time, I went for a long walk with my husband. I have been hiding from the sun for a couple of years and as the autumn light is less fierce now, I piled on lots of layers, 50 factor and off we went. It was such a treat and I wanted to share my lovely countryside with you. I am a bit out of shape, but went slow and steady and really enjoyed the walk.

👍👍👍👍Meditation has helped me greatly too...throughout my decades with infant onset lupus...and continues to help me now I'm 63
