Annoying cough

I've had this annoying cough on and off now for days, and was wondering if anyone else has got the same thing. It might not be anything to be worried about, but it's getting on my nerves a bit now.

I have but mine is a side effect of ramapril a blood pressure tablet. It's so wearing especially at night & when I eat.

Thanks for that. I take a blood pressure tablet, mine is Lisinopril 2.5mg daily, I also have Sjogren's among other things, but hadn't associated the cough with any of those, will ask my rheumatologist and get her opinion when I see her, and let you all know.

I have the same thing - it is wearing me down. I have discoid lupus and Sjogrens and had been feeling well after 3 months on Hydroxychloroquine - I sip Bronch stop or suck one of their pastilles (they only contain herbs). Cough is part of Sjgrens so will be watching for any replies you get. Sucking lemon drops helps too. Good luck.

Many thanks for your reply, I shall have to try the cough drop and see if it helps. I prefer the sound of the lemon ones best though, anything is worth a try as the annoying cough really gets to you after awhile.
