Hi. Went to Carers Centre locally for appointment for help with filling it in. Met nice girl. I have to say that she put in a lot of detail for each answer.  I would not have put anywhere near that much. Id go so far as to say repetitively  so.  Her follow on suggestions were good. On reflection not sure fatigue figured as largely as I would have liked but we shall see.

The proof of the pudding...
