Heat making joints worse?

Does anyone else's joints seem to be hurting and swelling more from this heat? 

My hands and feet are swelling and getting burning all under eyes again, only was in sun at shops for about 10 minutes....

Hi.I am diagnossed with lupus and Arthritis 🙁From last year.I know how You feel because I have saw that I have the same today.I have been all day out and sun make me that feel very faint and my fingers getting swelling...o my God.I start worry. I think that Our body reacting because We Have lupus. From a few days I had been suffering from very itching skin and my doctor said that unforunatelly that from sun😒.Of course  need to care norę about self and skin.

It's the most horrible thing ever isn't it... I was so looking forward for the weather to pick up aswell!

Hi

Your Rhuematology department should have posters everywhere warning about sunlight and the drugs we take, never mind that the sun is NOT our friend. Please cover up and be very careful in sunny weather. Sunlight can make Lupus sufferers hurt. Use sun block and layers to block the rays if you have to go out. You need more than a tree to help you get away from the sun.

Absolutely, sun and heat. I have found with lupus just put up with as much as you can and enjoy life to it's fullest.

yes the heat making my joints more painful and swollen, heat affects me but cold weather doesn't.
