In winter I moaned about the cold wind but this heat is awful. My knees are the worst , I can stand for just a few minutes with my stick then they cave in!

My hands are sore too but I find regular knitting helps them a lot, but only square needles as they are good for arthritis. Too hot mind you to knit any wool just now, cotton best.

Thankfully today feels fresher!

Defiantly. My futige gets worse and i get nausea which is annoying as i have bad reactions to most anti sickness meds.

Yes, my joints are really sore, especially my ankles, and I'm so freaking tired. I've also been feeling sick for the last two days. Most people rave about the hot, sunny weather but it makes me feel miserable.

It's also making me feel very odd and restless.

My hands get puffy and my fingers get shooting pains. The rest of my joints just hurt most of the time. I was told to keep out of the sun, so I've been doing my horses earlyin the morning. I've managed to get them done by 9am. Yesterday however I had a competition which mean riding at 6pm when it was still hot/sunny. By the time I had driven home put him to ned and everything away I felt dreadful and still do this morning! 🙁

I'm having the opposite - for first time in ages I feel great! Aches and swelling is gone, I can move around and get things done. GLEE! Granted, I'm avoiding the sun entirely by staying indoors till around 5pm, but then I do ALL THE THINGS. Or, maybe SOME of the things.

I hate the hot weather, it makes me feel weak, tired, nauseous, my legs turn to jelly whilst feeling like lead weights at the same time, and my joints are so painful. Everything is so much more of an effort. I try to avoid the sun as much as possible because even with factor 50 sun cream my face turns into a lobster within about 10 minutes. Roll on autumn that's all I can say.
