Nose sore's
Naseptin always works best for mine.
I just use Vaseline every day. My GP did prescribe some nasal cream once but it didn't help much.
The prescription topical antibacterial Naseptin was good for my version of this for years...then I became resistant to it, so was prescribed bactroban which is good ongoing.
As a preventative + a conservative measure ENT got me using neilmed sinus treatments regularly several years ago. I use the spray cans every morning & evening, and every 2-3 days I do a full sinus rinse using the neilmed sachets & bottle system. Since I got into this regime I've had these ghastly nasal sores less frequently. Neilmed products are available online (eg Amazon) and from good pharmacies
My husband just uses Vaseline, but his immune dysfunction is in remission

I use olive oil to keep it moist and that seems to help me.
