Anyone know of a good insurance that doesn't charge the earth for people with SLE?

Most are pretty good. If you search travel insurance for pre existing medical conditions & fill in the answers to what they ask you it's pretty straight forward . I've had kidney transplant as well & the price wasn't bad. Best of luck .

Try paying too much web site I got insurance through them at a reasonable price, it does however depend on where you are traveling too,

I am travelling to Canada at the end of the month, insurance is £90 with company called "insurancewith" for single trip xx
