Hi

If you are unable to work, you have to get a fit note from your GP and go on the sick. You can not 'claim ' ESA While you are employed. Best thing to do is visit the CAB and discuss it with their advisers

Hi lily pops

The CAB will run a benefits check to see what help you could get and they will help you fill the forms in. You may be able to claim PIP that is replacing DLA because that looks at how your health affects everyday life and is not dependent on whether you work or not or what your income is.

I'm sorry your having problems, best of luck. X

You will definitely want to try and sort of ESA as well as PIP - the advice to speak to CAB is good, as if you can only work four hours a week means you may be able to get 'permitted work' if you want to keep working a little bit. But you'll need to take a thorough assessment of your situation in order to find out what other help you can get.

Breathe deep. You'll get through this. I wish you strength.
