Hi again, thought I would touch base with you all, I am a little excited, excited to tell you all that for the last 5 days I have been taking a Raw Beetroot mixture that my mum has been making up for the last 5 months, she is a cancer survivor and has vasculitis and Macula Degeneration in one eye, her Drs are surprised at how well she has been, her eye isn't getting any worse in fact there has been a slight decrease in the black spot she sees in her vision. Drs have said whatever you are doing, keep doing it. So I am here to tell you that Since taking this food my Lupas has started to ease off, and I am the girl who said not long ago, kill me!

My arms and hands were so painfull that I couldn't even pull my blankets up over me in bed without screaming or crying from the pain. I havnt even needed to take any prednisilone. So if it's the beetroot that's helping in only 5 days, imaging what might happen in a month? If anybody would like the recipe please just ask, and I will put it up. But I have to get the recipe first. It's 11.30 pm here in Australia, so tomorrow is when I can post it, mum is probably asleep now, so I won't bother her for it now.

I sure hope I am on the right track for some pain relief. Beetroot is known for its high Anti Inflammatory properties, so here's hoping and preying.

God Bless you all.πŸ€β€οΈπŸ’œπŸ’šπŸ’™πŸ˜ƒπŸ™

Oh yes Razoo,I for one would love the recipe. I react so badly to so many drugs , even the prednisalone, that anything nourishing and simple would be great. I love beetroot.

Thanks in anticipation. C xx
