Leg pains

I had a flare up starting 3 weeks ago n was given a steroid inj last week. It helped for a few days but my knee pain down has gone worse. I have pains like muscle spasms back of knees, pain running down legs, around ankles and under my feet. I have never experienced lupus pain like this before. Should i be given a top up inj?

I get leg pains too--esp in calf and ankles. I initially thought it was from Lipitor which also gives me leg pains, but I do believe it's from Lupus or APS

Thank u loretta, i have neva had pain this bad n it's a weird cramping pain. also bottom of foot.

My feet cramp and twist, my calves cramp.... I am convince its a magnesium deficiency but tired of spending so much money on vitamins and minerals and finding they help or don't.
