For about a week now I am having a lot of pain in and around my right shoulder, under my shoulder blade. Can't put pressure on it

I messed up the rotator cuff about 6 years ago and it has never been repaired. I can't hardly put enough strength on it to use the lever on my recliner. The pain is not in my breast at all but around the back of my arm toward my rib cage as well. Any help will be appreciated

I had severe vasculitis and circulatory problems when I first became ill. My right shoulder joint is completely eaten away due most likely to blood flow issues. The orthopedist said it is the worst shoulder he's ever seen.
