Tingling in lung area?

Hi, this started yesterday - i'm getting a strange tingling feeling that is painful (but more unnerving than painful) in my back around the area of my right lung - weird I know, but don't know whether anyone else has experienced this or anything similar?

I have a dull pain at the base of my right lung, which sometimes seems to go straight through and come out of my back. I've had this since a bout of pneumonia three months ago so I just assume this to a lung infection taking a long time to clear. If the situation worsens for you, off to the gp asap!!

Its not the start of shingles is it? Have you had it before? X

Hi and thanks for the replies, Sarah I haven't had shingles before so I'm unsure, but think I'll see GP tomorrow morning with a gift of a water sample as I also have kidney pain in back too now. LOL. Lets hope it's nothing or whatever it is settles down before the festivities otherwise my poor family will be gutted.
