Pain under the fingernails and toenails

Does anyone suffer with pain under the finger and toe nails, I.e. the nail bed? I have lupus and lately the nail beds have started to hurt for some reason. The nails are normal looking, I.e no discoloration. There is no swelling either.

I'm on Plaquenil and mycophenolate mofetil.

I have the same thing going on. I know it's been 3 years since you posted this but have you learned anything about it? Did yours hurt worse when in contact with hot or cold?
