Hi steph1,
Absolutely!!!! Way worse pain!!!! This past winter I just tried not to go outside too much.... Focused on staying warm.... Didn't work very well I don't think, but I tried!!!
Sorry, I'm not much help. Just commiserating!!!
Yep....damp weather no good. Thermal tops very handy
hi ..strange as it may seem..can cope much better in cold weather, even though I have Raynaurds, than the wretched hot summer that we have had!
Oh yes.... I'm also bad in heat too, but not in terms of the pain and stiffness... Just can't take the extremes. Solution: I just stay inside my lovely heat or air conditioning and only get fresh air in the spring and fall.... What a great quality of life, eh!!!!!! :),
im same as redfive, ive had the worst summer ever this year, the drop in tempreture has eased my symtoms although the cold makes my joints hurt a lot more and wakes up my raynaulds I can cope with all those extras than the intense summer heat. I too do my best to avoid summer outside but for me its not always possible. x
Hi Steph1
Oh yes the damp and cold weather makes me much worst i hate winter painful joints ,tires and no energy , i used to look forward to summer but for some reason the heat now gives me grief to, lupus is such a awful illness.
take care keep well xx
Ive noticed over the last couple of weeks with the change in weather that my joints are hurting more, im more tired im back to early nights or napping on the sofa, ive also had a couple of naps during the day if I really need them. My throat seems worse as well. oh the joys!
I'm the same as caldecote, last two weeks have been much more painful and have taken naps during the day. Oh the joys of living with lupus
I'm the same cold weather hurts my joints and makes me feel even worse then Iam, warm weather only can take it to an extent other wise I'm flearing up once again.
Yep the joys of living with lupus.
(Hate it)
