oh happy days....

ha ha watching house on tv and it only took 35 minutes to come up with lupus :P

the sun is out, pain in joints gone up but the brain fog is dissipating and my concentration and memory is returning, feeling happier in general. oh and on annual leave.

managed to walk to and from work wrapped up like Kenny from south park, sweating my dooh dahs off but I managed it, only 4 miles, but had to have a sleep, small price to pay.

got my appointment on Wednesday after last one cancelled with what sounds like the nhs version of house and my paediatric resus course. hopefully a nice and plenty restfull and enlightening week. hope everyone is doing well and for those who aren't you are not alone and theres always support, take care. Mark.
