please someone tell me what to do with my feet I'm in agony and don't often look at my feet but 1 next to my big toe I is agony not only does it feel broke it looks it to.w t f is going on with my body got hard lumps appeared on middle fingers and legs don't feel like their mine ?

Can I take co-codamol with amitriptyline and 1/2 a sleeper together ?

Yes you can take all 3 your sleep well and your be just fine I've done it many times and with more than a half sleeping tablet and a stronger one which was temazapan

I used to have similar things on my fingers at the time I was getting diagnosed. They've stopped now, so hopefully yours will too once Plaquenil kicks in.

Not so much fingers but my feet are but not cold.don't know what's going on with legs esp back of knees.something going on or am I panicking x

It is joint inflammation, v painful, I know. Comes out of nowhere. Heat and more heat, that's what I usually do.

Once or twice (if you are absolutely desperate) probably would just give you some sleep (and a hangover) but more than that - not good.

No alcohol and was only going to take 1/2 zopiclone.what's best cos I don't really know try kill pain or knock myself out ?

Lie on the sofa and put your legs up high as poss, either on the sofa back or an adjacent wall for as long as poss. That should help. x

I appreciate that as so many can't tolerate Aspirin but it's not the only anti-inflammatory and this is an inflammatory disease. You can't hope to control it without anti-inflammatory medication of some kind.

You're most welcome I know only too well what a minefield the meds can be. Celecoxib is an anti-inflammatory that doesn't affect the stomach so you won't need to take anything else with it. I'd definitely think about giving that a try. Good luck x

I have a lot of problems with my feet and toes, particually the left one. The podiatrist said i have swelling underneath my feet. He told me to use hot and cold. I put my feet, not toes otherwise you can get frostbite, on a packet of frozen peas for five minutes and then on a hot water bottle. I do for about a half an hour. It does help some.

Thank you everyone for help took am trip and sleeper got app with doc gonna ask about anti-flammortary drugs .tiger lily you advice did help for a little while pity I couldn't have slept like that x

Heehee, I've trained myself to sleep like that over a number of years. Keeping your legs raised as much as possible will help though so do it as often as you can manage!

Been to docs he's upped amitriptyline. He says knows it's autoimmune but too many different symptoms (is this normal)he can't say which and I have to wait for rhuemy app,in other words no point going to him as he stumped,to honest I'm happy with that as he not expert and he telling it straight no cock and bull.thanks guys for help last night x
