Direst Coombs test positive for 3 months can said to be strong disease?

My direct Coombs test is still positive after 3 months. Most of others are back to normal. One doctor said direct Coombs test positive for 3 months mean my lupus is severe . Is it ?

Hi I have had a dat blood test ( Coombs) sorry I don't know the answer to your question, I think it's shows how severe the lupus. Is. Some thing to do with the red blood cells

I have Antiphospholipid syndrome as well.

I don't really understand it, I think it was repeated when I went to st Thomas anticoagulant clinic, I have iron anaemis as well
