Does anyone suffer eye infection.s a lot . And do u get hot on a nite and have a red itcy facem

Hi Ang, i get alot of eye infections not to mention the lumps i habe on both eyelids now :( not sure if its lupus or something else completely. Use warm compress and if your face is going red it could be due to flare ups. Are you on hydrocholoriquine or prednisolone? These may help if not. Also Aloe vera gel can reduce redness and give a cooling effect on skin hope that helps xx

Perhaps you have secondary sjogrens? - inflammation of moisture glands...I get v dry itchy eyes so more suseptible to infection (especially if rubbing more as you transfer germs)...doc may give you eye drops, viscotears I think xx
