I've been sitting here reading both questions and answers and find this absolutely intriguing.
I frequently awaken early morning with tremors at the top of my chest/base of my neck.
It's very disturbing, mostly because I don't know what causes it and I can't tell the difference between the tremors and tachycardia.
People sure can get their knickers in a twist over medical phenomena, especially when it comes to spiritual and psychological connections.
My problem with 5G is not "consciousness", it's the neurological damage that already HAS been proven and yet it's getting rolled out anyway.
There seems to be a common theme of "around 5 am". Wouldn't that make you suspicious that something happens around that period of time and it's out of your control?
Are people around you waking up and beginning to use their electrical appliances?
Does a plane pass overhead the same time every day ... or your computer restart ... or your printer turn on?
Has barametric pressure changed?
Did you eat something before falling asleep? This tends to happen to me if I don't drink enough water at night ... all night ... I have Sjogren's
I still don't know exactly what causes it, but I would never gaslight someone else by disconnecting spirituality, psychology or medical reasons for a physical condition that is worrisome.
Another thing that very few peple connect is an electrolyte imbalance that WILL easily cause internal tremors.
I have hypokalemic paralysis that mimics sleep paralysis ... and shaking from too much sleep is part of it.
At this point in my life ... I'm old ... I avoid all medications because every one of them has fillers that cause more problems, creating the need for more medications.
Not for me, thank you very much. I treat food as medicine.
In addition, something as simple as eating one too many Brazil nuts (selenium) has the power to send me into a quivering bowl of Jello. An overdose of selenium is quite capable of doing that to anyone.
Rather than take a daily vitamin, I pick and choose.
Nor do I pay attention to ANY doctor who says we flush out unused vitamins ... if we do that, why overdose, and it IS overdosing.
