Hi all for the last 2 nights av woke up with night sweats and feel lightheaded some one says it could be my heart! Can anxiety cause this and a low blood pressure? Was at doctor a few weeks ago and they says a have a little low blood pressure but not to worry about it av had pains in both the top of my arms for over a month now! I just want to feel normal.
