Me too-I am trying to go with the flow since now more than ever it seems what we can control is limited. I remind myself God is the controller which I try to put my trust in. It’s hard though sometimes I feel so disconnected. Nature helps with that sometimes.

Anyway, yup my dog is really protective, can be calm but gets skittish on wooden floors.

Yep. Dogs are great examples of that!

My 1 1/2 yr old pup is protective too but he is a little pip squeak. Yours looks protective.

I did not train mine to be that way but he does not trust everyone like he did when he was younger. Now he is protective and not a bad watch dog. I like that.

Occasionally when he is barking people just laugh when they see him as if they are

saying, Really ? You’re kidding, right?

I like that protective quality in a dog too. Awww a pip squeak huh thats so cute! What breed is yours? Ours is an Australian Shepherd with possibly black lab almost 3 years old.

I don’t want to blow my cover on here, but ... he is a red curly haired cock a poo. He is 3/4 poodle and I/4 cocker. Teddy bear cut. He is my baby. I just love him.

To answer your previous question, we will all be crushed when the older border terrier dies. Lots of fun good memories with him when he and my kids were younger. It seems he has been here always. So I am not fully prepared . I tell myself he is going to set a record. Usual life span is 12 to 15.

Small dogs are so easy to cuddle and yes they are like babies.

I hear you about your older dog. My cat was with us seemed forever for 14 years.

I hear you! I’ve been getting stressed out over tablets/technology and I’m really not good at it. I’m afraid the schools will ask us to go online for assignments and hoping they send a packet instead.

If they don’t you could probably get a packet.
