Repeat affirmations for my mind so eventually the kind words I tell myself will be more a true part of me
Anyone is welcome to name whatever you want to do in order to be kind to yourself ❤️

Hello Starrlight
Quite on here
I can think of so many ways I could be kinder to myself , yet I never follow them through !
So reading yours you should have the gold star today , top of the class as been kind to ourselves sometimes does not come easy so good for you thinking of ways of doing so
Like the body lotion , and I like talc as well after a shower in an evening , reminds me of when I was little and gives me that nice feeling , maybe that will be something I do later
Cool Lulu you should ... defidently treat yourself. 😊
So guess what!? I’m trying to get the school to do what I say this day, spoke with some staff, waiting to hear back from administrators, waiting to tell them to move him to another class...I know from a mother I know that there’s space open in AP class yet they try to tell me no he wouldn’t be able to switch to an AP only regular class... anyway wish mama bear some luck!
Anyway yes please go through with treating yourself nicely.
Aw I love this! I would like to be kinder to myself by writing affirmations “I am a fighter. I keep trying new ways to get better. It is working. I will be better soon”
Awesome Ellie!!! Thanks . You have a beautiful day!
Hey Starr ... erm mine would probably be to stop overthinking negative and then thinking everyone hates me etc. Because most likely it’s all in my head x thanks for this
That happens to me lots. I usually can talk myself out of it and push myself to see the more probably logical truth but not always able to do that, my brain will tell me they are laughing at you etc...that would defidently be a kind thing to have our minds trust the positive of possible reasonings.
