Hello Tamka39 :-)

It can sometimes feel like that , when we seem to be doing better something comes along and sets us back , I know that feeling well

I get ear issues and vertigo so I know that dizzy feeling you are talking about , feels like you are on a boat and your brain is swimming around in your head , I have got used to it as it happens so often and I wait for it to pass and then carry on but I think you should let the Doctor check , you could have a ear infection so worth letting them have a look :-)

Hope you get is sorted and feel better soon :-)

Take Care x

I get vertigo from a combo of anxiety and allergies causing drainage in my ear. My vertigo presents as the room is moving around me and then I get hot feeling and nauseous. I have to lay down usually to let it pass. A ENT helped me some but it's still a weekly struggle

The ENT put me on a daily allergy pill and a daily nasal steroid spray. They help with the allergy and ear part but I do not take anything else for it.

Yes. I think it can be a common response to anxiety also. I know mine gets worse when anxious. Also hormones... I'm always more dizzy about 2-3 days before my period then during my period also... Sometimes just deep breathing and telling myself it will pass helps! Hope the ENT gives you some answers!!!!!
