Body soreness

Does anyone else always feel muscle soreness all over their body? I feel like such a hypochondriac all the time. I feel pain and automatically assume it's cancer. For the last couple weeks I've been feeling a soreness under my left arm on my side ( next to my breast). Sometimes i can feel it when I sleep on that side but it doesn't bother me all the time. I don't feel any lumps, just the soreness when I touch it. It's not as bad on the other side but I make everything worse when I'm constantly pressing on it to see if I feel something. I would go to the Dr but of course, my health insurance just got cancelled and I'm trying to get it back.

Anyone ever feel this??

Hi oh yes mostt of the time i do the same as you alwasys feeling for things not good. Just have to try and not think about it as the more we think the worse we become.

I find the older I get the more I stress and worry. I however avoid dr.s because I worry about the results. I am going today and i'm hoping they go easy on me.

My thoughts are with you and I am sure you are in much better shape that you feel. 🙏💗

Yes.. exactly how I feel. The older I get, there more I panic about everything.😟
