Yes a get good and bad days my doctor said the same that it's anxiety because I fear over it and fear over losing control of the thoughts and acting out on them
Hello to you and welcome to the forum. I can say that I never thought of harming myself or others but I definitely still have had the intrusive thoughts and negative thoughts of thinking something bad is going to happen to me. Or thinking I'm not gonna live long. But anxiety and stress is definitely the culprit of the intrusive thoughts. Maybe you can journal about your thoughts and what you go through day to day. I've been doing that since 2016 and it does help a bit. I wish you the best. This forum is a big help. Also I have a broadcast on YouTube and I am discussing anxiety and my journey and what I've gone through. I discuss my fear of fate. It's a chance for me to show my face and show who I am as I reach out to as many people all over the world who go through the same things. Feel free to watch if you can.
Hi there, I m also new to this forum but haven t introduced myself because.... Well, quite hesitant because I actually want honest answers and not being asked to check out anything on YouTube. Please forgive me should you feel offended, not my intention. It just appears odd to me that you welcome every new poster and tell them to check out your YouTube channel. Anxiety makes some people sceptical and I am just that.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion about things so I understand if it seems "not genuine" to you or redundant. I guess like how telemarketers are. But let me give you my background so you can know a little more about me. I've been on this forum since 2016. So I'm not a stranger to being on here and posting. Check out my posts on here. Also because I know exactly what alot of people on here are going through, I feel I can relate so, when i respond to people I tell them my stories as well what I've gone through or how I can relate or give tips if I can. And then I invite them to check out my YouTube. And to explain the reason I felt I wanted to share my new broadcast with people or new people on here is because if they are new to this(posting, anxiety, this forum) they've never seen any of my previous posts on here from a while ago from when I use to post alot so if I feel any of the people on here, not just the new ones, if their story in any way relates to what I go through or what I've been through, I decided to invite them to watch my YouTube. Also I mention when i am inviting them that "I am doing this YouTube because I want people to SEE MY FACE, SEE ME, as I talk about my journey and discuss my journey." There are many people on YouTube doing just that. I'm not as offended as I may seem. I just dont mind explaining myself to vindicate myself. Also, if I'm starting a new journey to go to YouTube to share my journey, I felt sharing with people on the very platform I would always use was a good start. But like anything people do, there will always be others who may not like, accept, agree, or may simply disapprove of whatever it is, that we think we are doing whether good or bad. Well, at least I felt it was a good idea to do something that would allow people to see me as I talk about it. But we cant please everyone. So I completely understand. 😊
I totally get it now. Thank you for explaining and sharing about the background. I m new to this forum and the website in general. If I d known I would ve checked your posts. Apologies, I now truly get what it s all about. Hats off to you for sharing on YouTube and, with doing this, helping others. All is good
