Hello John1995 :-)

Very much sounds like this is Health Anxiety and when will it get better no one can really say but it will it takes time

Once a fear has set in it can be hard to change our way of thinking but that is how we get better , reversing the negative thoughts that are keeping the anxiety going

Could you maybe get any counselling ?

There will always be someone that you can talk to on here which hopefully will help to know you are not alone :-)

Take Care x

Hi JohnTse

I agree with Lulu as always.

It takes a lot of time and can involve a lot of hard work to try and re wire our mind and the way that we think and react to things.

I went from such a bad place to a manageable place by group counselling sessions and CBT and self help books. :) I still have bad times but I try to stay focussed on the things I’ve learnt over the years to manage my anxiety the best I can.

I really hope you can start to feel better soon. :) I am glad that the hospital gave you the all clear too. :)

Yea I was too scared ! How come just one panic attack can cause all these and now I don't have much stress at all but I still have different kind of physical symptoms.

Unfortunately that will be the fear we are feeding it - it’s all connected to how we think to how our body reacts. Even when I am at my best with my anxiety and I have no stress in my life , I still experience some anxiety. It may not be as intense or even every day, but it’s always something in the back ground that I daily try to manage. The app headspace that I use for mindfulness meditation says that we can never make anxiety disappear completely - but we can live along side it in a much happier way. That might sound odd, but I have seen this can happen. I am not in the best place with mine at the mo with lots of stress in life , but I believe I can get back to the happier level. I hope you find something that works for you too:)

Yes the problem is i don't think doctors know how we feel unless they have walked in our shoes. Very debilitating actually went to docs yesterday no examination. No medicaation nust gett o n with life. Seriously i would if i didn't have all these symptoms. So this morning i got up and been doing lots of chores but once again felt like crap. Sdtrznge legs aches a nd pains. Have to ho away for 4 days for party do i feel ip to it noooo. But as d octor says just get on with it so i will go if i drop dead so be it.

Yea GP is not helping us anything, they just told me relax and don’t google too much about your physical symptoms, what I told them was when you get the physical symptoms hit you you would never say that to relax.
