Okay it’s not Friday yet but I am starting early because of the time difference and my plans...
Here we go! The idea is to write down here anything positive that has happened this week or anything at all that is positive for you!
Hopefully we will practice so that being positive will come easier.
So during the week I drove out of my comfort zone around my busy town without having any panic attacks. It. Was.Great! It was actually fun! Also things in my life could be much worse than the problems I have.

My positives this week are
After battling with this heat for weeks and been a creature of routine , I finally have had to accept that I have to change my routine to fit in with the weather and having ocd that is really difficult but I have managed it so far even though it feels a little uncomfortable doing so
Got some news this week that I may be able to get Counselling after all despite having agoraphobia and been told for several years that they did not do counselling at your home
Lulu it’s so good to hear from ya! Glad you are able to manage with a changed routine and I give you best wishes in continuing. I imagine that yes it must be so difficult. Please give yourself much deserved credit 🤗 The counseling is such awesome news! Happy for you. May it be a new great positive for you.
Today I decided I’m not going to let my lung condition beat me(I got a chest infection flare ip then recovered and then after a week got another flare up again) .. so I got up out of my slum of comfy blankets and fluffy gowns and soups and Netflix.. got my workout gear on and went for a good hard workout! And honestly I feel AMAZING!!!! Yesterday I felt like I couldn’t even breathe... but today I felt amazing! X
So yeah that’s my positive... know when you need a rest but sometimes we can push through! X 💪
My positives this week is seeing family who I only maybe see once or twice a year. Getting a call from a friend who I haven't seen for a while asking to meet up. Oh and a bargain from the Body Shop 3 items that should have been £40 but since it was at a discount retail outlet I only had to pay £23 then I got a free face wash with my discount card yippee ( soz dont know how much that would be in dollars).
Well done you for driving somewhere out of your comfort zone ~ I'm terrible driving places I'm not used to.
Oh yes really lovely~ short but sweet visit ! Yes even better when you get a bargain ~ the retail outlet is much cheaper than high street ~ offer brilliant discounts. Hope you had a fab time with your kids doing artwork.🙂

Today I have plans to go out and exercise, while spending time with my kiddos and picking up some things needed. I am feeling blah but the positive is it could be soooo much worse and I have legs to run with I have money for things needed and I have my precious babes so I am grateful and I’m imagining positivity radiating from me to share with others. ☀️

Oh I know you are right and I am cherishing each moment with them... although they are not babies anymore they are still little to me and I’m lucky ...thanks to you Bird, my day is no longer blah it’s blessed. I thank God for my guys. 💕 I thank God for you all too 💕

My positive was digging out my Dr Claire Weekes book and re reading her wonderful words on anxiety This afternoon I went round the supermarket and queued up at the check out at a busy time with her words in my head and was completely totally relaxed - I came home on a huge high 😄👍🏻
Me too. Well funny that I have one market nearby where I feel completely comfortable in but all the rest I avoid unless someone is with me to act as an anxiety bodyguard.
My first opportunity to do this: This list seems rather trivial and pathetic.
Today
I managed to get to sleep before 3am!
I have managed not to sleep during the day been doing that a lot lately.
I managed to get out for a walk it wasn't very far (about 2 miles in total) or fast the weather is very humid.
I got some nice thin trousers for half price too! Dead chuffed.
It can be hard to sleep at night and not in the day. My husband suffers from insomnia and I had along with mania for a time too so I get how that can be.
I think walking two miles is really great! You got out there and made yourself healthier today.
