That sounds like a great idea and love that no matter what you will try and find one goal a day
Even if you do not succeed in finding that goal per day remember you will have still had a positive because you tried and trying is the most positive thing we can do in a day

Hi there have just noticed your post.Anyways I do a positivity journal ( I got it from Paperchase). It has lots of " feel good " messages as well as pages to write down your thoughts etc. I find it useful to write down things I have to do and tick them off when I've done them ~ that way I don't get bogged down with worry. Let me know how it goes. 🙂x
I find that keeping a journal really helped me so much I used to write down what I wanted to do that day and tick them off as I did them I also put one simple pleasure I had that day like hearing a bird sing or a sunset Hope you enjoy it 😊
