I thought that this week we could have a little catch up to see how everything is going.
Living with anxiety can be an emotional rollercoaster, so it's important to take a step back and evaluate. Writing things down helps me come to rational conclusions. I find that listening to music or podcasts on a walk really help me escape and calm down.

I have such a varied taste ..I can listen to soul, jazz, classical and more...music can inspire me, and help me ..

They are soppy and unrealistic a lot of them but hey, I love to dream ๐

I completely agree! Netflix has come out with many many new Christmas movies! I love how they always recommend films in accordance with the seasons. I watched ALL the horror films over Halloween. The haunting of hill house was AMAZING!

Yes itโs fabulous...Iโve relaxed today and had a movie day...and in between a nice hot bath with lots of bubbles..bubbles in the bath not in a glass ๐๐
Not too bad today, I think winter has finally struck, it's very windy here, and dark, I'm about to do an online shop, I did a little shop. Yesterday for a couple of presents for sis and bro in law,they won't expect them but, I want too.
Then later on my financial advisors paying me a visit.
