Having a good day. Say.what!? πŸ˜‰

I’m sick physically today but emotionally for whatever reason I am having a good day. I wanted to acknowledge this as I have a tendency to focus on writing about the bad days living with bipolar anxiety depression.

This gives hope, hope and although I cannot stay here I can make an attempt to remember.

Hello Starrlight :-)

We have a lot of newcomers on here today which is so good to see and a few posts , lacking replies still but I can't ask for everything but always have to reply when I see you and how you are managing to be feeling sick but still having a good day who knows , but it is working so stick with it :-/

Hope the day just gets better and better you deserve it :-)

Take Care x

I told you about it right?? I thought I did. It’s a plate that they put up against your head where depression is to waken the neurons. It’s usually 9 weeks (36 sessions) Monday through Friday and it’s only 20 minutes. Obviously you have to dedicate to it. It’s not like brain shocking or anything dangerous. The success stories are amazing. I was getting a little discouraged because I wasn’t feeling a difference as of last week, but Friday, I just started feeling better. It’s so cool!
