Does anyone feel like they’re getting too much air and think you can die taking in too much air? My body feels warm like my adrenaline hit me. Feeling edgy.

Hello :-)

Anxiety throws up some really strange symptoms doesn't it ?

I have had that sensation , I think we can gulp in to much air and not even realise we are which contributes to it as well as all the nerves in the body doing overtime

Trying to do some relaxation exercises can help even though I know when you are feeling anxious this can seem at times impossible to concentrate on relaxing so I think when we are feeling more relaxed and not anxious it can be a good time to practice them then so they become like second nature and easier to do when we are anxious :-)

I hope you are feeling a little better now :-)

Take Care x
