Sometimes I just really feel like I hate my life because everything just always has to be so difficult.
My anxiety is constantly up and down. A couple months ago I decided to do a keto diet and I lost 13lbs and I felt so much better. I was all excited that I didn't feel like garbage every single day anymore. Well, i started getting lazy and last weekend I ate a bunch of snacks and ever since then I feel like complete crap. I have had the worst sleep in the last couple days, my entire body aches, I feel like I have so much anxiety that I might vomit, I'm dizzy and shaky... I just can't take it anymore. I've also been working so much that I can't even have a break to just breathe and be a normal human for a minute. I'm so sick of everyone expecting everything out of me. I feel like I've been stuck in this emotionally draining and soul sucking life for the last decade or so. I can never catch up, and I never feel good. Constant grabby hands at me to take all my money and everything I have left to give. I'm just so exhausted....
Anyway... Does this food thing happen with anyone else? And how long does it take before I can just feel better again?? Like, get this crap out of my system??
I am the gluten free have been for 5 years and I am very excessive about what I eat . That much I get anxious about even what my wife has cooked if I have not seen the ingredients in case I get gluten . But she never has gluten me. But I do not trust any body with food . And I can get depressed and anxiety about it.

I have been gluten free for about 6 years now. I used to feel so sick anytime I ate anything with gluten. I definitely had really bad anxiety and depression if I ate gluten. Also extremely tired, bloating and muscle and joint pain.
