Anxiety you just wont let me be will you but i refuse to let you win. I was bending forward and felt the biggest skipped heartbeat it literally took my breath away and immediately felt my arm started my thoughts were panicking but i tried so hard to tell myself its just anxiety then another skipped heartbeat got me im so anxious right no.

Is it possible to think that we are feeling fine but our bodies still trying to recover from all the stress and anxiety that we can still get panic attacks while we "think" we are relaxed or fine. My eyes are twitching like crazy as well.
