Ok so I didn’t do a good job today. But can I blame myself? I was at a conference getting some lunch and instantly felt dizzy and anxious. I literally experienced my anxiety attack for well over twenty minutes. I was quite fine and I don’t know what triggered it. Of course I was thinking of all the worst case possibilities.
I feel very unsettled now, not to mention that I am not back home and I am traveling.

I take pepsid, it’s pretty good. What all symptoms you get with the acid reflux ? I started experiencing this after I was diagnosed with anxiety.
We should definitely talk more. I think we can relate so much. In fact I am not even on any medication for my anxiety and I take the Pepcid once everyday. How long have you dealt with reflux ?
You welcome, same for me it’s been couple months with the reflux and anxiety disorder as well. Some days I get so frustrated. It really puts a toll on your life and your body. All these symptoms get me so scared.
Well I don’t really have trouble sleeping. I just get up at random times at night.
I had a panic attack the first time in 2 months.
Just broke up with my BF having a massive panic attack.
