Viral Vertigo

Hello everyone It's been a long time since I've posted here. Since April I've had a full time job and it''s still going strong. Since last weekend I've had dizzy feelings. I got to see my doctor who told me it's Viral Vertigo, it's so horrible. I am hoping it goes away soon as it's such a pain. Has anyone had it? How long will it last? Any advice would help

Hi cardiff girl. Do you rem me. Its bonnie ?. Was on when there was winter and donver and whywhy. And lots of others. Was a great support group. Bout 2 yrs ago now. Maybe bit longer.

Sorry cardiff. Forgot. Lol. Yea i had this around to months ago. I woke n sat up. And was dizzy badly when walked and felt not well. I had pain in ear also. The same ear i had vertigo from. I had antibiotics as when doc looked i had infection in ear.

I've had it twice in the last year or so. My doctor didn't quite find anything to be the cause of it. It was horrible I couldn't sleep cuz I felt like my head was swimming. My counsellor mentioned it could be related to tense muscles around the neck and head. I saw a RMT and had a neck and shoulder release a few days later and haven't had it return yet. Mine only seemed to last three or four days from what o remember.
