vertigo head buzz?

Anyone experienced a head electric sensation that push your head to one side but you can still talk And communicate (aware ).then the vertigo starts then suddenly stop then you’re back to normal . But it leaves you with a racing heart and scared .comes out of nowhere . Like less than a min ? It’s scaring me . But I don’t know if I’m explaining it right. Like a split second head jolt vertigo...

Sounds like phenomena called “brain zaps”. It happens suddenly..slight movement can trigger it(crazy kind of vertigo).Are coming off, missed dose or changing dosage on any psych med? Very common with antidepressants. Google it for information..or should I say talk to your doctor. Hope this helps.

Funnily enough! I do have those, well I did have them at one point after consuming a SSRI pill and St Johns Wart. Together I have stopped those medications and I am now on nothing and I haven't experienced them since. However last night my head was feeling fuzzy and heavy and I felt like I couldn't function well.

So sorry hope you feel better. ... I haven’t taken any medication and I get them . But they are not frequent.

Oh I feel much better thank you, I take nothing at the moment. I am going for Hypnosis which is supposed to reduce anxiety naturally

I went for it and it seemed ok, but I have had a terrible week because of it.

I’ve never taken any meds . Just vitamins , D3, magnesium, Bcomplex ,one a day women ..

Not really but I feel a little better taking them .
